Job Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support and answer customers/members inquiries and address the inquiries to related departments
  • Create warm welcome and fantastic customer support experience to create an impact on membership retention
  • Ensure front desk premise is well managed and clean
  • Provide support to sales team when required
  • Be resourceful (know what is happening in the Fitness Center, policy, facilities…)
  • Administrate membership database (Input members information into system)  
  • Perform as Cashier- record the transaction and reconsult the cash balance at the end of each shift
  • Attend regular meeting as required
  • Require to compile daily, weekly and monthly report  

Job Requirements

  • Experience working with fitness club or hospitality business is a plus
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Being friendly and proactive
  • Willing to work independently and to work in team
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to communicate in English. Chinese or other languages is a plus.

Other Information:

  • Working schedule: 
                * Shift I: from 5:30 am to 12:30 pm 
                * Shift II: from 12:30pm to 9:30pm 
  • Benefits: Salary plus commission
  • Working Day : 6 days per week
