Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare, propose and execute Sales & Marketing Plan
  • Propose, lead and implement sales strategies
  • Build up relationship with distributors and sellers to drive sales and update products and market information
  • Lead, coach and monitor sales team to ensure sales target is achieved.
  • Manage distribution to ensure products availability in the assigned areas
  • Lead the execution of sale program in specific area/channel
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by Management

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Sales/Marketing or related field
  • At least 2-3 years experience in sales job FMCG
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer knowledge in ( Ms. Office word, internet & email)
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

Other Information:

  • Working Time : 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Working Day : 5 days and a half per week (Monday to Friday and Saturday morning.)
  • Benefit : Insurance & Yearly Bonus
  • Salary : Negotiable
